JOB DESCRIPTION: Showroom Host


As a Showroom Host you will need to be a highly enthusiastic person you will meet and greet customers as they visit the showroom. Your other responsibilities will include:


• Welcoming each customer to the Dealership in line with Company standards and establish their needs before directing them to the most appropriate member of staff
• Ensuring all customers are well attended, offered a hot or cold drink as they enter and assist them when appropriate
• Answering telephone calls in a courteous, professional and efficient manner
• Ensuring data capture is completed to a high standard using the Customer Requirements Form
• Qualifying the need of all customers and identifying products and relevant features for their needs
• Being familiar with the current product range to be able to assist customers with meaningful information
• Helping to provide a professional, friendly, efficient and an experience which makes the customer feel as valued as they deserve to
• Complying with and maintain Company policies, standards and procedures relating to quality and customer care within your department
