How do you qualify?

You must own a vehicle registered before ~~31st August 1999~~
The vehicle must hold a current MOT certificate and be fully Road Taxed
The registered keeper of the vehicle must have owned the vehicle for at least 12 months prior to the order for the new vehicle being placed
The registered keeper of the 10 year plus vehicle must be the registered keeper of the new vehicle
