Birchwood Group have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to provide support to our HR team, based at our Head Office in Eastbourne. The HR Administrator will report to the Operations MD and work closely with the HR team.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to manage the recruitment and induction administration for new employees, support our payroll process, update and maintain employee files, supporting our HR team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both oral and written, strong IT skills and have a keen eye for detail.
