Role Position: Commercial Vehicle Stock Co-ordinator
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To control new and used stock display, online advertisements, movements, and administration including driving activities.

1.2 Relationships with:
To ensure both new & used vehicles are advertised correctly on all platforms. This includes taking vehicle photos, ensuring vehicles are clean and well-presented throughout, creating be-spoke advert descriptions, and filling out all relevant information as requested on platforms.
To ensure our physical and online vehicle displays are well presented throughout and compliant with company standards at all times.
To maintained & update a New & Used Vehicle stock list, and ensure it is distributed to team members weekly.
To ensure new & used vehicles are checked in and stored at the appropriate location.
To co-ordinate the effective and efficient preparation of vehicles to ensure that vehicles are ready for advertisement and sale within company expected timescales.
Carry out New and Used vehicle stock checks in compliance with company policy.
To work as a team with colleagues to ensure that the business operates effectively.
To complete various driving tasks including collecting & delivering vehicles.
To promote Birchwood Group through a professional attitude to work and when dealing with suppliers, manufacturers and customers.
