About the role
As a Birchwood After-Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, manage and grow all aspects of service department revenue, as well as assisting the After-Sales team achieve their personal objectives; you will do this by being at the core of all after-sales activities and by developing the after-sales team further.
You will ensure that every customer receives an outstanding level of service through highly motivated and knowledgeable team members.
Working Hours are typically 8.00 to 18.00 with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday and Saturday morning on a rota basis.
If you are currently a highly experienced Service or After-sales Manager with sound after-sales experience and commercially aware of future challenges, we would love to discuss this great opportunity with you.

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
