Birchwood Ford is now pleased to announce that they now offer an excellent Ford Mobile Service, bringing the convenience of Ford's Service skill and know-how to customers’ homes in order to help minimise vehicle downtime and make it easier on you, our customer.
Ford Mobile Service is offered by almost 100 participating dealer locations nationwide, including a majority of Ford Transit Centres, with the help of Ford Mobile Service vans they are equipped to carry out routine service and maintenance, vehicle repairs (including warranty) and system/software updates all completed at customers' homes.

We use nothing but the latest Ford diagnostic equipment and tools as well as genuine Ford parts, unlike a lot of other mobile workshop services, all work is carried out by Ford-trained technicians for added peace of mind.
We can provide this service for the full range of Ford cars and commercial vehicles, and we also offer appointments that can fit around your day to day life.

Q: Is the service covered under my Warranty
A: Yes. Ford Mobile Servicing is covered under the Ford manufacturer warranty and any work carried out by us will not effect your warranty, unless otherwise specified.
Q: What days and times is the service available to book?
A: Bookings can be made from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 5pm.
Q: Do you cover breakdowns?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in the event of a breakdown, however, you may find you are covered under Ford Roadside Assistance if you regularly service with a Ford main dealer. To find out more about Ford Roadside assistance, contact us in branch.
Q: Who is eligible for Ford Mobile Servicing?
A: Ford Mobile Servicing is available to anyone. Whether you have a fleet of vans, or a single vehicle, Ford Mobile Servicing is there is provide an extra helping hand to any customer.
