AMEX Awards Evening 4th December 2019

Here at Birchwood Group, we held our annual awards ceremony at the fantastic AMEX stadium, home to Brighton and Hove Albion FC.

This year the theme was People, Purpose, Passion and Success and the event was hosted by Paula Kemp, our Marketing and IT Director. She was joined on stage for the keynote speech by Managing Director, Pete Parker, whose jokes hit new highs this year. Pete took all our colleagues through a review of the year and the challenges we face in 2020; challenges we will tackle by relying on our core values to guide us- Team Spirit; Commitment; Respect; Passion and Fun. Our extended awards ceremony saw colleagues recognised for living the values and customer excellence alongside individual and team performance. There were many emotional moments during the ceremony when our winners got to hear why they were nominated and the wonderful things their colleagues had said about them. We look forward to 2020 invigorated and confident that our People will take on the year with purpose and passion to achieve even more success.
