We only use Ford’s state-of-the-art equipment, which is designed specifically for rapid diagnosis on every model in the Ford Commercial Vehicle Range.
Vehicle off the road repairs (VOR)
Repairs will start on the same working day (as long as you bring your vehicle in before 3pm), or at least within 24 hours of its arrival. If we need to order parts, we’ll begin work the day they’re delivered. ‘Vehicle off road’ repairs should be completed within 24-hours.
Free Electronic Vehicle Check
Our free Electronic Vehicle Check combines the latest technology with the skill of our Ford trained technicians to assess your vehicle’s condition.
Our trained technicians will run an expert eye over your vehicle. They’ll check 30 different elements of your vehicle’s health and provide an electronic report with an explanation of any findings. You’ll receive a competitive estimate upfront for any work needed, but you’re under no obligation to have it done.
Service Priority booking
No need to wait ages to arrange a service elsewhere. We offer appointments fast. Bookings can be made online or by phone and we will aim to provide you with a date and time that's less than three days away.
We have dedicated waiting areas for customers so that you have the option on whether you would like to relax or work whilst your vehicle is being serviced. That’s because you’ll be able to enjoy free coffee and Wi-Fi while you wait.
Late night servicing

If your vehicle has a 24-month service interval, but clocks up a lot of miles on the road, why not schedule an interim check just to make sure everything is in full working order? The check-up is designed to locate any underbody or tyre damage and will also simply update any software that could improve the vehicle’s performance.

When your vehicle leaves a Ford workshop after a routine service, it’ll be in top working order. It will also be clean, because we’ll make sure it gets a wash.
Telematics Fleet Management option:
This option captures real time vehicle data and streams it back to a fleet management portal. The technology gives you the ability to view key information such as vehicle location, fuel consumption and driver behaviour.
