The job specification:
We are looking for a main dealer experienced individual who can back up exceptional customer service with a thorough understanding of how a workshop runs and what it takes to make motivate a busy team of technicians.
Our client make customer service a point of emphasis and are proud of their reputation as a company who put their customers first. This should be embodied in the attitude and attention to detail that you put in to your role, as well as the quality and standard of work delivered by the technicians in the site.
Being capable under pressure, the individual will be also numeric, organised and strategic.
You’ll need the ability to build relationships, inspire people to provide great service and get on well with customers and colleagues alike. That means making sure your team are clear on their roles and responsibilities, developing their potential and motivating them to give customers memorable experiences. Whilst sharing the company’s team values of Passion, Respect, Commitment, Team-spirit and Fun.
