The Birchwood group have a reputation for delivering excellent customer service. Our Ford parts team based in Eastbourne are looking for a highly motivated individual to join them as a Parts Advisor. This role is for an inital period of 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of extension dependant on Manufacturer requirements.
In this role you will be an integral member of a high performing team and the successful applicant will need to be a flexible team player You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone, providing excellent customer service. In addition ensuring that all orders are efficiently and accurately processed and stock purchase records maintained.
Using your experience and knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists you key tasks will involve:
·Ordering and receiving parts into stock
·Maintaining stock control of key parts
·Liaising and building relationships with retail and trade customers
·Sourcing the availability of parts from external suppliers
·Ensuring all paperwork, documentation and parts requisitions are completed accurately with meticulous attention to detail.
