Our Pronto SMART Repair Centre in Eastbourne is growing — and we’re looking for a friendly, organised, and sales-driven individual to be the face of our operation.

Your Role – Be the First Impression That Counts

As our Front of House Receptionist / Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience — welcoming clients, coordinating work, and spotting opportunities to upsell services.

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Greet and look after customers with energy and professionalism
• Book in work and manage workshop loading
• Identify and upsell SMART repair opportunities
• Handle invoicing, administration, and payments
• Learn to prepare and deliver repair estimates (retail and trade)
• Work closely with technicians, service teams, and sales managers
• Ensure vehicles are ready on time and handed over smoothly
• Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and professional

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone who brings positivity, organisation, and a natural flair for customer service and sales:

• Customer-facing experience (motor trade is a bonus, not essential)
• A confident, proactive sales mindset
• Strong organisation and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and office systems
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
• Able to multitask and work efficiently
• Takes ownership and pride in their work

What You’ll Get:

• £27,500 salary (12-month fixed-term contract)
  • 40 hours per week
    Monday–Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays (8:00am–12:00pm – paid overtime)
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
