Ford Vehicle Technician EB

The Birchwood Group have a reputation for delivering excellent customer service and therefore are looking for an experienced Technician to join our successful Ford team in Eastbourne.

About the role

As a Birchwood Technician, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service through technical expertise and high efficiency levels.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude combined with the ability to:

• Carryout vehicle servicing and repairs
• Carryout basic diagnosis of vehicle faults
• Repair and rectify electrical and mechanical defects consistently to a high standard of workmanship
• Follow manufacturers recommended repair processes
• Carryout electronic vehicle health checks combined with video evidence
• Complete all associated administration including repair write-ups and warranty claim information
• Liaise with After-Sales Advisors and work as part of a team
