Ford Service Technician

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Service Technician committed to delivering the highest level of customer service at our Ford site in Hastings.

The successful candidate will:

• Accurately, skilfully and efficiently undertake the repair and servicing of Motor Vehicles.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to the customer’s complete satisfaction
• Applicants must have a flexible approach to work having an adaptable approach to customer requests.
• Follow manufacturer warranty processes and understand the importance of working within the manufacturers guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team and on one’s own initiative
• Liaise effectively with the service advisors and parts team.
• Have excellent time management skills
• Demonstrate a proven technical background, manufacturer specific training will be provided
• Hold a full valid UK driving licence.
