Sales Executive - Fareham, Solent

Overview

Birchwood Group is a forward-looking company with retail stores, workshops and facilities based across the south coast of Sussex and Hampshire.

Reporting to the General Sales manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our busy sales department at our Destination Motorcycles dealership in Fareham, Solent.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will support and guide customers every step of the way throughout the purchase of their new vehicle.

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Identify and encourage potential customers
• Provide great customer service
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet customer needs/expectations
• Produce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategy
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
• Liaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service
• Other duties as required

Package:

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18.00, Saturdays 08:30-18:00 (1st April – 30th September)

Monday – Friday 08:30- 17:00, Saturdays 08:30-16:30 (1st October – 31st March)

Salary: £22,000 Basic (£45,000 OTE)

Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays
