Showroom Host

We are looking for a confident and friendly individual to greet customers into our Skoda and Kia Showrooms working on a part time basis each Sunday 10.00 - 16.00.

The ideal candidate will be required to handle all enquiries from customers who visit the showroom. By using your customer service and administration skills you will be working as a key member of our service and sales team.

The successful candidate will:

• Have excellent communications skills when dealing with customers in the showroom and on the telephone taking messages n a courteous manner.
• A proven high standard of customer services skills
• A friendly, approachable and professional attitude
• Experience of working in a similar customer facing role
• Assertive and confident
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Be computer literate
• Hold a full valid UK driving licence
