    Your home chargepoint is covered by a three-year warranty, during which time you can call the installer (Ohme: 0203 936 9571 or Easee: 0300 456 4566). We recommend that you insure your home chargepoint (as part of your home insurance) in case of damage.

    What's the difference between a tethered and untethered chargepoint?

    • Tethered – a chargepoint that has a charging cable already connected.
    • Untethered – you’ll need to connect your car’s charging cable (all Motability EVs and PHEVs are supplied with a charging cable).
