The job specification:
Running the service dept. of our 3 x tech team you may have some managerial experience, however this role could also be suited to a senior service advisor, or workshop controller for example who wishes to take the next step up the career ladder. You will be able to deliver the very best customer service with a clear vision to run an efficient and professional Aftersales business, while motivating the team.
