We are looking for highly motivated Marketing Executives for one or more of our franchises which includes cars, commercial vehicles, motorbikes and ancillary services. You will be required to effectively manage multiple multi media campaigns and projects simultaneously and develop effective relationships with manufacturers, marketing agencies, suppliers and internal customers. Reporting to the Team leader, this is a highly demanding role within a busy Marketing Department in a targets driven environment.

Duties to include:
·To provide a full end to end digital and offline marketing service to your franchise including understanding manufacturer campaigns; completing Brand marketing planners to achieve dealer standards; creating and administering all website content; planning, creating and monitoring social media activity.
•Utilising MI you will accurately target customer and conquest targets for all activity to increase market share.
·Create email/DM/SMS communications in partnership with our agencies to ensure swift and accurate communication of all campaigns
·Administer and report on our Pinewood DMS system ( database) producing relevant data for campaign activity.
·Build strong working relations with your Franchise Brand Leader and managers, manufacturer partners, suppliers and the wider Birchwood team.
·Actively seek out and produce PR and blog articles to promote product and people
·Actively monitor traction on all campaigns, working closely with our partners at GForces to interpret campaign performance.
·Planning launch activity and all on and offsite events
·Utilise all our software platforms to maximise lead gen and conversion
A relevant degree qualification is desirable but not essential. A minimum educational standard of A Level or equivalent is preferred. English and Maths GCSE level 3 or above are compulsory. Proven experience in all duties in the specifics section is required, ideally acquired in an automotive environment such as media/digital agency or dealership Group. However, we have plenty of automotive expertise so we are more interested in your marketing experience.
Proven experience utilising software such as Salesforce, Dotmailer, Pinnacle, Netdirector or the equivalent
Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop
Minimum 3 years in a formal working environment ( vacation and college work excluded)
