Service Advisor

The Birchwood Group have a reputation for delivering excellent customer service. Our Service Team are looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service. To deal with all service customers in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service. To help ensure customers are processed quickly through Reception and that paperwork and systems are operated smoothly. Our Service Advisors are a key component in our success.

You will be provided with full dealership and manufacturer training and coaching to ensure you are equipped for success in the role.

Key Skills Required:

  • Passion for delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Proven excellence as a team player
  • Competent with standard MS office packages

Typical Daily Duties:

  • The administration of all service requests i.e. jobcard preparation, bookings and quotes via the Pinnacle DMS
  • Greeting customers and managing their vehicle progress through workshop
  • Ensuring accurate and proactive use of EVHC to achieve pre-set targets
  • Deliver excellent customer satisfaction, exceeding manufacturer targets
