36 years in the motor trade. Paul Tregear, started out as a trainee sales person, but also went to colleague to study motor mechanics as part of his initial training. Progressed through sales into management. "For 27 years I worked at a Saab dealership, where I had the role of Dealer Principal. Other brands I have worked with include Mitsubishi, Toyota, Suzuki, SsangYong & Volkswagen."
