Anyone who purchases a new or used vehicle at Birchwood will be eligible for the Platinum Membership with all the benefits (yes, that includes free MOTs for life*!). Our team will give you your Platinum Card upon purchasing your vehicle.
If you purchased your vehicle from us on or after 01 January 2022, then you can sign up to our Loyalty scheme for free (at the point of your next full service). Just speak to one of our team in dealership and they will give you your Platinum Card.
These terms and conditions are applicable across the Birchwood Group Platinum scheme. Additional terms and conditions may be introduced for additional elements, promotions or incentives.
The Platinum Card is property of Birchwood Group and may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme. Members are only entitled to one Platinum Card per person. Birchwood Group reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time. The Platinum Card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the named individual of which the vehicle is associated as marked on the reverse of the Card. Birchwood Group may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Platinum accounts, cards, coupons and vouchers, in whatever form, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme; any behaviour relating to Platinum or the Birchwood Group that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information. Platinum cards can only be used for purchases from Birchwood Group and promotional partners who are part of the scheme. Platinum accounts, cards, coupons, and vouchers cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded. Members who live in the UK may be able to express a preference for how, where we have their consent, they receive Platinum mailings, to be sent to their registered email address or mobile phone number. We will endeavour to respect this preference but reserve the right to send these to the member's registered postal address without prior notification to the member. This may be necessary for business or policy reasons, or where there are problems with the registered email address or mobile phone number provided by the member. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to vouchers already accrued or issued. Members who do not us their Platinum Card for two years will be removed from the scheme and will need to reapply for new membership should they wish to re-join.
Platinum Card is available for retail customers, who purchased their vehicle from a Birchwood Group Dealership on or after 01 January 2022 only. Free MOTs for life offer is only available to redeem against the vehicle purchased from the Birchwood Group and registered to the Platinum Card account; the offer cannot be transferred to a different owner. To qualify for a free MOT it must take place as part of a retail priced service and the vehicle must have been service in-line with manufacturer recommendations , completed by Birchwood Group. Enhanced valuation for your vehicle is only applicable for platinum card holders and cannot be transferred or combined with any other part exchange offer. Free Air Con Sanitation with Every Air Conditioning Service can only be redeemed on a full price air conditioning service. Selected items may be excluded from the offer.
