If your car is stolen or written off in an accident, your motor insurance company will offer you a ‘total loss’ payment based on the current market valuation for your vehicle. However, this may be considerably less than the price you originally paid.
Retail Price Protection (RPP) Insurance ‘bridges the gap’ between the original retail price of your car, and the amount your motor insurers will pay out. RPP is supplementary insurance that pays you the difference between the original invoiced price of the vehicle and a lower insurance pay-out, in the event of theft or write-off.

Alloy wheels allow you to improve and personalise the appearance of your car. However, alloy wheels are very susceptible to accidental damage. Even minor scuffs on the alloys can spoil the appearance of your new car, and repairing or replacing alloys can be surprisingly expensive.
Tyres are equally liable to be affected during normal driving. A raised curb can easily damage the tyre wall, and a puncture could leave you needing a replacement tyre, which is expensive, time-consuming and disruptive.
Complete Wheel Protection Insurance covers you for both accidental or malicious damage to either your alloys or your tyres. It covers you for the cost of repairs, or in the event that an alloy or tyre cannot be repaired, it contributes to the cost of replacement.
