Promoter The promoter is Birchwood Motor Group (“the Promoter”).Prize The prize consists of the use of a vehicle supplied by the Promoter for a weekend period agreed in advance (“the Vehicle”). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Vehicle with an alternative vehicle of similar type and value if necessary. Eligibility Entrants and drivers must: Be aged 21 years or over; Hold a full valid UK driving licence, Have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months; Be permanently resident in the United Kingdom. Drivers must not: Have more than 6 live penalty points on their driving licence; Have any current driving disqualifications; Have any convictions relating to drink driving or drug driving within the last 5 years; Have any previous insurance refusals or cancellations. The Promoter and its insurers reserve the right to refuse use of the Vehicle where insurance criteria are not met. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members may be excluded from entry at the Promoter’s discretion. Driver Restrictions Only the named prize winner approved by the Promoter and insurer may drive the Vehicle. The Vehicle must not be: Driven by any other person; Used for hire or reward; Used for racing, track days, speed testing, competitions, off-road driving, or motorsport activities; Used for towing; Used for any illegal purpose. The Vehicle may only be driven within mainland United Kingdom unless expressly agreed in writing by the Promoter. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the Vehicle. Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance. Insurance & Liability Insurance is subject to approval by the Promoter’s motor insurer. The driver must provide all information reasonably requested for insurance purposes before collection. The driver remains fully responsible for: Any speeding fines; Parking charges; Congestion charges; Dart Charge or toll fees; Bus lane or traffic contraventions; Clamping or recovery charges; Any penalties or offences incurred during the hire period. The driver agrees to reimburse the Promoter for any charges, penalties, administration fees, damage, losses, or costs arising from their use of the Vehicle. The driver must immediately report: Any accident; Vehicle damage; Theft; Mechanical issues; Police involvement. The Vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as supplied, fair wear and tear excepted. Mileage A mileage allowance may apply and will be confirmed before collection. Excess mileage may be chargeable. Collection & Return Collection and return times will be agreed in advance. The driver must present: A valid UK driving licence; Proof of address dated within the last 3 months; Any additional documents reasonably requested by the Promoter. Failure to provide documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize. Cancellation & Availability The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice. Vehicle availability is subject to operational requirements. The Promoter may cancel the booking if the driver: Breaches these terms; Provides false information; Fails insurance approval; Appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Data Protection Personal information supplied in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy. General By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss arising from the promotion or use of the Vehicle except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
