Prize Terms and Conditions

FREE WINTER HEALTH CHECK & PLATINUM WASH – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The prize entitles the winner to one complimentary vehicle Winter Health Check and one complimentary Platinum Wash.
2. The prize is valid for one vehicle only and must be redeemed at a Birchwood Group dealership.
3. The vehicle Winter Health Check is subject to the dealership’s standard Winter Health Check inspection and does not include any additional repairs, parts, servicing or remedial work identified during the inspection.
4. The Platinum Wash includes the dealership’s standard Platinum Wash service. Any additional treatments or services are excluded from the prize.
5. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or an alternative prize.
6. The prize must be booked in advance and is subject to appointment availability. The dealership reserves the right to offer an alternative appointment date if the requested date is unavailable.
7. The prize must be redeemed by 28th February 2027. Appointments must be made before this date.
8. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
9. The prize is subject to vehicle suitability and dealership availability.
10. The prize is intended for the named competition/quiz winner only and proof of entitlement may be required when booking.
11. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where reasonably necessary.

WIN AN EV CAR FOR THE WEEKEND – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The prize entitles the winner to use of one participating electric vehicle (EV) for one weekend, subject to vehicle availability.
2. The vehicle will be available for collection from a participating Birchwood Group dealership before 28th February 2027.
3. The winner must hold a valid full UK driving licence and meet the dealership’s standard eligibility and insurance requirements.
4. The winner must provide any information or documentation reasonably required by the dealership for insurance purposes before the vehicle can be released.
5. The prize includes use of the vehicle for the agreed period only. Fuel/charging costs, fines, parking charges, tolls and any other personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. The winner may be liable for any damage, loss or charges arising from misuse or failure to comply with the agreed vehicle-use conditions.
7. The vehicle must be driven in accordance with all applicable road traffic laws and the dealership’s vehicle loan/insurance terms.
8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or an alternative prize.
9. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
10. The prize is subject to vehicle availability and may be subject to change. The dealership reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative EV where necessary.
11. The prize must be redeemed by 28th February 2027, with the booking made in advance and subject to availability.
12. The winner must return the vehicle at the agreed time and location. Late return may result in additional charges.
13. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where reasonably necessary.
