For those of our customers who are not so well versed with the jargon, this means a bigger and better platform which allows our customers to shop online with us. The new site will not only enable our customers to easily browse the full range of vehicles we have on offer, but you will also be able to pay a deposit online to reserve the vehicle of your choice. With the click of a button it will even be possible to fully purchase one of our top quality pre‐owned cars. So, when you find the ideal car, you can snap it up immediately.
The new website will make the Birchwood’s rich selection of vehicles even more accessible to our customers. Of course, our fantastic showrooms across the South of England will continue to have their doors open to all visitors, particularly those who prefer a more traditional approach of browsing in person. And all of our services, including Motability and aftersales care, remain the same. But we have listened to our customers feedback and our new online sales system will modernise the way we serve our customers, so that we can deliver a service that they want. It is the final piece of the digital puzzle and it will allow our customers to control their purchase online, both quickly and easily.
To complement the new website, our online chat function continues to offer expert advice and guidance whenever you need it, answering questions about vehicle specifics, the reservation process or booking a test drive for you.
