Roadside Assistance is activated automatically at every routine service with coverage extended valid from the date of service for 12 months, or until the next service is due, whichever comes first.
For swift breakdown recovery, Emergency Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. PLUS you are covered European wide, giving you complete peace of mind, knowing we are always by your side.

Ford specialist diagnostic equipment
We only use Ford’s state-of-the-art equipment, which is designed specifically for rapid diagnosis on every model in the Ford Commercial Vehicle Range.
Vehicle off the road repairs (VOR)
Repairs will start on the same working day (as long as you bring your vehicle in before 3pm), or at least within 24 hours of its arrival. If we need to order parts, we’ll begin work the day they’re delivered. ‘Vehicle off road’ repairs should be completed within 24-hours.
Free Electronic Vehicle Check
Our free Electronic Vehicle Check combines the latest technology with the skill of our Ford trained technicians to assess your vehicle’s condition.
Our trained technicians will run an expert eye over your vehicle. They’ll check 30 different elements of your vehicle’s health and provide an electronic report with an explanation of any findings. You’ll receive a competitive estimate upfront for any work needed, but you’re under no obligation to have it done.
Service Priority booking
No need to wait ages to arrange a service elsewhere. We offer appointments fast. Bookings can be made online or by phone and we will aim to provide you with a date and time that's less than three days away.
While-you-wait servicing
We have dedicated waiting areas for customers so that you have the option on whether you would like to relax or work whilst your vehicle is being serviced. That’s because you’ll be able to enjoy free coffee and Wi-Fi while you wait.
Late night servicing
We understand that time is money and every hour you are without your van, you're business isn't running at it's optimum. That is why, Day or night, we offer extended opening hours so that we can work around you.
Vehicle collection and delivery service
You don't even need to step through our door. We can arrange to collect your van and deliver it back to you after it's servicing and repairs.
Ford Mobile Servicing
The newest service we have to offer, our Ford Mobile Technicians can carry out service and repairs where ever you may be, using our specialist Mobile Servicing vans equipped with all the tools to get the job done.

Like-for-like vehicle replacement
When your vehicle is off the road we aim to provide you with a replacement: one that’s like-for-like in terms of size and capability (excludes specialised or converted vehicles).

As well as knowing they’ll use Ford Quality Parts, you get added reassurance: Transit Centres use a transparent and competitive price quotation and menu pricing system. That’s in addition to great value offers on both servicing and repairs.
Interim checks
If your vehicle has a 24-month service interval, but clocks up a lot of miles on the road, why not schedule an interim check just to make sure everything is in full working order? The check-up is designed to locate any underbody or tyre damage and will also simply update any software that could improve the vehicle’s performance.
Keeping your vehicle spotless
When your vehicle leaves a Ford workshop after a routine service, it’ll be in top working order. It will also be clean, because we’ll make sure it gets a wash.
Telematics Fleet Management option:
This option captures real time vehicle data and streams it back to a fleet management portal. The technology gives you the ability to view key information such as vehicle location, fuel consumption and driver behaviour. Armed with these facts and figures you can more effectively schedule maintenance and repairs at a Transit Centre, which helps reduce downtime and saves both fuel and money.
