Keeping Everyone Safe at Birchwood

Whilst the government may have relaxed the rules around COVID-19 safety measures around the country; here at the Birchwood Motor Group, we have taken the decision to keep the 2-metre rule in place, along with the continued wearing of face coverings whilst inside any of our dealerships or vehicles, contact-free experience and regular sanitisation of touch-points and vehicles will remain. We trust you'll agree this is a sensible move in order to keep not only those in the dealership but the families of customers and team members, visitors and of course the wider community as safe as possible.

We are adhering to the 2m Social Distancing guidelines across our Dealerships.

Many areas of our Dealerships are fitted with protective screens and our staff have Personal Protective Equipment to help keep you safe.​

We follow an extensive check list to ensure your serviced vehicle is sanitised. Our Dealerships and our Dealership vehicles are also being regularly sanitised.​

We are offering a range of virtual services including online demonstrations and personalized vehicle videos .​

We are offering unaccompanied test drives in our sanitised vehicles.​ ( subject to latest Tier restrictions)

Our servicing can be booked online, and we offer a range of options for customers including collection and delivery*, courtesy cars*

We offer touch free payment including online transfer and telephone authorisations
