We delighted to announce that our Service and Parts teams will be fully reopen from Monday 11th May!
Whilst we have offered key worker and priority support, we will now be offering the full service menu.
It is not quite back to our usual service as we are committed to protecting our customers, colleagues and wider community by fully observing the government recommendations for increased hygiene measures and social distancing.
We have been working hard in the background to get all these new requirements in place; hopefully this will not cause any of our customers any inconvenience although it may take a little longer to drop off and collect your vehicle.
There is now a 6 month extension on MOTs for cars, vans, and motorcycles.

Please note: It is still a requirement of the driver to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and without defect, so we are advising all customers whose vehicles are subject to an MOT extension period to have them completed as soon as possible, so please get in touch to get this arranged.

You can do all of that online from viewing the cars and vans on offer. Not only can you get a valuation on your current vehicle online but you can also book a virtual appointment with one of the sales team, who can give you an online demonstration of the vehicle, and this includes options from paying outright or applying for finance.
We can deliver to your door and provide a video handover guide to demonstrate all the features you will need to know. All cars are fully prepared and provided with protective sanitized internal covers.
Once we fully reopen the showrooms, we will invite you back in for a complimentary valet and a further explanation of all the features of your car should you want to cover any of the specific functionality or technology.
Due to the rate that the circumstances changed, we were unfortunately unable to contact all pre-booked service customers, but please be assured that if you have a service booking we will contact you to rebook as soon as we reopen.
