There is now a 6 month extension on MOTs for cars, vans, and motorcycles.
For more information please visit the Government website.
Please note: It is still a requirement of the driver to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and without defect, so we are advising all customers whose vehicles are subject to an MOT extension period to have them completed at the first available opportunity once garages re-open.
If you are a key worker we will continue to offer you support whilst our dealerships are closed. Please email your local service centre or firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your registration, location and postcode, also outlining the issue with your vehicle and we will endeavour to make an appointment for you the same day. This service is by appointment only to ensure that only the necessary colleagues required will be on site to meet you and that social distancing can be observed. Please bring your key worker evidence or your employee ID badge with you.
Please note: We may need you to attend a different location than usual but can discuss at the time of booking.
Due to the rate that the circumstances changed, we were unfortunately unable to contact all pre-booked service customers, but please be assured that if you have a service booking we will contact you to rebook as soon as we reopen. If you have an urgent safety concern please email us email@example.com and we will direct to you the relevant team
If you are waiting to take delivery of a vehicle it is very unlikely we will be able to facilitate this until we re-open. If you have not been contacted by your sales person please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange an urgent update for you.
If you have any queries regarding your finance agreement, please contact your finance provider. This can be found in your documentation.
Please email email@example.com for any further queries.
