As part of our Transit Show Live week Birchwood Ford hosted a Commercial Vehicle Event for Trade customers to view some of the great trade vehicle options the Commercial Team has to offer. As well as the displays and Vehicles on show visitors were also treated to pulled pork and stuffing sandwiches at our food stand which was manned by enthusiastic members of the Birchwood team!
As part of the event we were proud to host Tony Powell from TVL (Trade Vehicle Locks) a UK specialist for commercial vehicle security. Tony was able to show our trade customers attending the event a range of commercial vehicle security options which helped to highlight some of the lengths that disreputable individuals will go to gain access to someone’s vehicles or possessions and how a customer’s vehicle can be protected using TVL's products. Our exclusive evening event took place in conjunction with Transit Show Live; a week long event promoting all that Ford Transit has to offer. It's fair to say that Ford Transit is the ultimate commercial vehicle icon.

Take Ford's new Adblue engines, which use a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system which converts NOx emissions in the exhaust gas into nitrogen and water. Combine this with Auto start/stop, which can cut fuel consumption up to 10%, you could save your business hundreds, whether you have a single van or a fleet.
